Happy Holidays: Montgomery County Studio Photography December 12th, 2011
WOW – time to breathe again!!! I had such a great fall season and with the opening of my new studio, this blog has been so neglected. When I first started out, I blogged every session and now I’m lucky if I blog once a month. YIKES. I just wanted to post a few quick shots of one of my favorite and loyal families who came to visit last week! I love seeing them because their mom’s unhealthy obsession with reality tv is just as bad as mine! Kara, thank God there weren’t any video cameras around to catch that parking job. hahahaha.

I absolutely love photographing this age but BOY could he move!!!

Hope everyone has a great holiday!!
announcement and no, I’m not pregnant!!!! October 05th, 2011
Last week I posted on Facebook that I had an announcement and I received a number of emails asking if I was pregnant. I wonder at what age people stop assuming that any big announcements are pregnancy related. Despite my efforts to convince my husband that we need one more, he is not budging. haha. My announcement does have to do with these though:

and they unlock this (minus the furniture which is not mine):
and so the announcement is that I am now offering studio sessions!!! Exciting!!
Happy Father’s Day Weekend: Berks County Photography June 17th, 2011
Just wanted to pop on here and send a note out to all of my favorite dads. I hope you have a wonderful day and I hope you are spoiled this weekend with all of the fun, love, and pampering that you deserve.
My princess with the best daddy in the whole world (I’m obviously biased but he is pretty fabulous).

love you xoxo
Almost exactly 2 years ago…… : Main Line, PA Photography May 19th, 2011
I photographed sweet little Mia.

2 years later we met up for our 3rd session and she’s as beautiful as ever!!!

and she now has a sweet baby brother, Max.

I just love this family and that has nothing to do with the fact that they ask me back every year. It has everything to do with the fact that despite being locked out of their house with their newborn son, getting unspeakable things all over their clothes, and putting up with my lame jokes – they were as sweet as ever (and she made me a sandwich)!!
xoxo
Oh my blog April 23rd, 2011
Do people still read blogs? I’m really curious because between Facebook, Flickr, Forums, and all of the other things that seem to occupy my time these days, my blog has suffered the most. I may be wrong for assuming that everyone is on Facebook but I seem to constantly have an internal debate on deciding whether to blog or not. I want to share new work on my blog yet I’m afraid of the overkill since I usually have already posted them on Facebook. So if you are reading this, I would love your feedback! Speaking of Facebook, I have finally opened up a Rebecca Coyle Photography Facebook Page which you can find if you click on this sentence. Any/all “likes” are very much appreciated. Now onto some new work:
First up – a super cute newborn who has everyone wrapped around his finger!

especially her!!!

My next newborn was one of the smallest I’ve photographed. Meet Brynn who has the BEST hair!!!

I love awake shots! Isn’t she gorgeous?

Next is one of my favorite families who braved a crisp March night for their session and lugged around mom’s shoe collection with no complaints (sorry Heather – you asked for it).

hubba hubba

Next is one of my favorite almost seniors!!! She is stunning and I adore her funky prom dress.

another handsome newborn with his beautiful momma. Seriously – was I the only one who looked like a hot mess after having a baby? These moms put me to shame.

That’s all for now but up soon will be some of my new favorite shots of my little family and our new baby, Ivy.
